Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and creative style of yoga that’s like a dance for your body and soul. Imagine seamlessly flowing from one pose to the next, your breath guiding your movements like a gentle current. Vinyasa, meaning “to place in a special way,” is more than just exercise; it’s a journey of mindful movement and self-discovery.
