About Hidden Lotus Yoga
The name Hidden Lotus comes from the notion of growing through what we go through.
Like the lotus, we can continue to be reborn as we expand and evolve into our truest form, our highest self. The lotus is a symbol of unwavering faith that we can rise again, even from the murkiest of waters. Healing ourselves from the inside is never linear, but once begun, can be key for finding peace and happiness in a chaotic world. Yoga asana and breathwork are some of the ways in which we can begin and continue this “journey of the self, to the self, through the self.” The Bhagavad Gita
About Sian
Sian has a background in Psychology & teaching and has studied philosophy, mindfulness and Hinduism. Over the past decade, she has prioritised well-being in all aspects. Spending time in nature – hiking, climbing and swimming in North Wales. Creating a work-life balance that allows more opportunities for flow & creativity.
Sian took her yoga teacher training in Jan 2019 in Goa, India, specialising in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Krama and has since undertaken a Yin qualification along with studying somatic therapies.
She has been teaching yoga in her hometown of Mold since 2019 and curating retreats in nature to soothe nervous systems and create a container for women to softly land back into their bodies.

My Mission
To work with women, to create a positive influence in this world. Guiding others on their own unique journey, building community and creating a safe space for others to listen to their bodies, explore their edges and be their own teacher.
To connect women back to their bodies and back to nature, to find flow with the rhythms of our cycles and wisdom of the earth, and to live a happy, healthy life that nourishes the individual.
To facilitate personal change that has a ripple effect on the wider society and for generations to come. To create a legacy of healing, connection, and education – at a time when it feels we need it the most.
